Back from Green Man and we launched into getting the house ready to rent – an absolute manic stream of decisions … what to keep/sell/store/give away or dispose of. To see things disappear into the neighbourhood or charity shops became quite addictive – quite a cleansing feeling when you realise you don’t actually need things. Endless trips to our storage space in the van – each time playing ever more complex Tetris with our belongings. Van loads of stuff to the charity shop/tip and van loads of furniture to new owners. Thank god we bought a van! Facebook Marketplace proved very effective! So, with the loft cleared, furniture gone and still endless ‘bits’ lying everywhere, utterly exhausted we headed off to End Of The Road festival. Phew!
